Job Description

 

 

Financial Outcomes

  • Deliver annual plan for the region through market & DB level planning and execution
  • Secondary business drives in growth markets/ channels through availability & activation: tourist hotspots, education hubs, At-work. 
  • Implementing, Monitoring & evaluating TM programs and activities to measure effectiveness & recommendation of improvements.
  • In-store Visibility – Implementation of warm & chilled display in-store as per guidelines from HO. Plan and execute store branding in high throughput outlets. Training sales team to ensure always-on-display as per planogram.
  • Plan POSM as per local market requirement, procuring them through vendors and executing them in store.
  • New Product Drives: Business delivery of new launches. Drive new product placement through chilled sampling & visibility in store
  • Festival Activation: Design regional activation calendar for festivals & other occasions. Detail out plans in alignment with brand guidelines, align stakeholders, coordinate with vendor and execute the plan.

Customer Service

  • Effectively partner with Sales team to ensure key channel servicing & premium products placement and ensuring brand awareness at POS through activation.
  • Vendor management end to end for respective regions.

Internal Processes

  • Effective collaboration with brand team, procurement team & commercial team to align activities well in advance and take necessary approvals and ensure smooth execution of jobs.

Benchmark industry best practices & competition to innovate & improve processes & on ground activation
