Job Description

 

 

What are the Key Deliverables in this role ?

Financial Outcomes

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for new product launches and range extensions.
  • Support tracking of launch performance metrics and provide data for reporting.
  • Help monitor inventory levels and support cost control initiatives related to new products.

 

Customer Service

  • Assist with go-to-market activities in collaboration with Ecom, Modern Trade, and General Trade teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery from concept approval to market launch.
  • Gather feedback from sales teams and consumers post-launch; share insights with relevant stakeholders.

 

Internal Processes

  • Help prepare marketing materials and brand assets such as packaging mock-ups or product information sheets.
  • Work with agencies and internal teams to support timely project execution.
  • Collect and analyze consumer trends data to identify potential innovation ideas.

 

Innovation and Learning

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product ideas.
  • Support the documentation and tracking of innovation projects through various stages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to contribute fresh perspectives during team discussions.

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role ?

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience
  • Experience supporting product launches or project coordination
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent preferred but not mandatory)

 

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role ?

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Exposure to consumer goods industry is an advantage
