What are the Key Deliverables in this role ?

Financial Outcomes

  • To achieve OI AOP sales target
  • To achieve NPD target (New Products) & KPIs
  • To achieve EBITDA budget (Drive P&L)
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development within the area

Customer Service

  • To take care of store hygiene & number of health check-ups per store
  • Weekly & monthly store audits

Internal Processes

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and HR

 

Innovation and Learning

  • To do IDP succession planning for the team & implement competency framework
  • Build sales team capability & provide product/behavioral training to team members

 

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role ?

  • MBA with 4-7 years of relevant work experience in reputed FMCG organizations
  • Knowledge of herbs, spices, food grains, and organic products
  • Understanding of supply chain, branding, and store maintenance
  • Experience in FMCG/OTC sectors
  • Familiarity with labor laws, GST, municipality licenses
  • Awareness of state and establishment acts
