What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

• Assist with month-end close processes and ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare monthly intercompany sales and purchase reconciliations, including reconciliation of debtors and creditors.
• Develop and maintain an accurate monthly provisions tracker.
• Prepare and post monthly scheduled journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and reclassification journals.
• Prepare and submit BPC actuals, brand-wise P&L reports, and other financial data within tight deadlines.
• Assist with compliance activities, including statutory compliance and audit compliance.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecast.
• Analyze accounting records and provide ad-hoc reconciliations, analyses, and commentary as needed.
• Ensure timely closing and reporting.
• Ensure Controls and SOP  for all the Key Process is documented and sign off by respective stakeholders.

Customer Service

• Responsible for analysis of data across category and reporting.
• Partner with export business and track month on month performance of exports.
• Monthly Country wise P&L reporting and forecasting for export sales.

Internal Processes

• Support for digital initiatives and provide input for improvements in process and procedures.

Innovation and Learning

• Evaluating Innovation projects with focus on Growth, dedicated overheads and development spends.
• Drive finance transformation project for OIPL.

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

• CA Inter / ICWA/ M.Com/MBA finance with 3-4 years work experience
• Working Knowledge in SAP and BPC

• Strong thinking & analytical ability
• Good understanding of basic financial concepts
