Job Description

 

 

 

Account Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans (Joint Business Plans) for accounts assigned, aligned with company growth goals.
  • Identify white spaces, category trends, and shopper insights to inform account strategy and innovation pipeline.
  • Drive long-term value creation for both the company and eRetail partners through strategic negotiations and growth initiatives.

P&L & Performance Management

  • Own the revenue, profitability, and ROI targets for assigned accounts within the eCommerce business.
  • Monitor and improve account-level KPIs including sales, share of shelf, visibility metrics, return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze data dashboards and retail analytics to identify performance gaps and execute corrective actions quickly.

Commercial Execution

  • Lead annual and quarterly negotiations with accounts on terms, funding, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure the right assortment, pricing, and promotional calendar is implemented in line with brand and channel strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal pricing, category, and finance teams to ensure profitability and investment optimization.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Category Management, Marketing, and Finance teams to deliver seamless execution across the shopper journey.
  • Partner with eCommerce Marketing to activate digital campaigns, paid media, and product launches tailored to each grocer platform.

Innovation & Digital Capability Building

 

  • Drive digital merchandising excellence, optimizing content, images, A+ pages, and ratings/reviews to maximize conversion.
  • Explore and test new digital tools, partnerships, and technologies to stay ahead of evolving eCommerce trends.
  • Lead initiatives on automation, data-driven decision-making, and performance dashboards.
