What are the Key Deliverables in this role ?

Financial Outcomes

  • Build & scale the Protein Platform
  • Establish clear growth roadmap over the short & long term

                                                                         

Customer Service

  • Drive consumer-centric innovation to develop protein formats aligned to Indian consumption habits
  • Define and embed clear brand positioning, architecture and communication blueprint
  • Develop scalable portfolio architecture to span multiple categories

 

Internal Processes

  • Cross-functional leadership across multiple teams like R&D, PSO, Finance, Shopper & Sales for executing the launch
  • Develop and execute integrated GTM strategy for the brand
  • Develop and execute media strategy for the brand

 

Innovation and Learning

  • Work closely with R&D team and other CFT members to build a robust innovation pipeline
  • Identify white spaces in Indian protein consumption to build a future ready portfolio
  • Lead digital-first growth models for the brand

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role ?

  • 8-10 years of experience in Marketing
  • Education: MBA (Marketing)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong cross-functional leadership
  • Passionate about Category Building & Marketing with innovative bent of mind
  • Attention to detail and execution excellence

 

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role ?

  • Prior experience of working in Innovation roles in the FMCG industry
  • Strong consumer-first thinking
