Job Description

 

 

 

What are the Key Deliverables in this role ?

 

Financial Outcomes

 

  • Responsible for GT Channel P&L, provide actionable insights & drive improvements along with the Cluster Managers.
  • Drive & Improve the Financial KPI for the GT Channel at Region Level – P&L & CTS
  • Responsible for setting up & driving the Key Finance Processes for GT Channel centrally – Distributor Credit Policy, Claims Management, Market Damage & Expiry
  • Analyze the Financial performance in terms of ROI on the Key Programs and present insights to the stakeholders for improvement

 

Customer Service

 

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and market share.
  • Drive the ROI Analysis & Actions emerging from the same.
  • Drive the Analysis based on the Secondary Sales on Distributor Performance

 

Internal Processes

 

  • Responsible for Continuous Process Improvement in Sales Finance Processes
  • Work with Sales Team & Digital on Automating reports
  • Anchor the Digital Transformation journey for Sales & for Sales Finance
  • Drive efficiency in expiry process by successful implementation and working of expiry control processes.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of finance professionals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging innovation and problem-solving.
  • Recruit and develop talent to build a strong and capable finance team.

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role ?

  • Chartered Accountant (first or second attempt)
  • Min. 10+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Deep understanding of alternate channel business
  • Good analytical ability & interpersonal skills with a strong penchant for numbers.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Working knowledge in SAP.
  • Proficiency in MS Office

 

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role ?

  • FMCG environment or related industry experience.
  • Ability to connect with numbers
