Job Description

 

 

What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

  • Responsible for Solubles Coffee India Plants-Theni and Toopran for Plant Finance. Monthly submission of accounts & cost control.  
  • Monthly product wise profitability analysis & quarterly party wise profitability analysis.
  • Variance analysis of core cost elements – Yield/P&F/OH & Job work, intervening at the right time by providing necessary input to the site head/VP – Ops.
  • Analyzing & monitoring of rework & any process loss including packing loss.
  • Actual cost valuation of FG & SFG based on NRV.
  • Cost optimization – working closely with production heads/maintenance heads/packing heads/site heads & VP – Ops in analyzing & identifying avenues for Cost optimization projects.
  • Capex Review and Financial Evaluation

Customer Service

  • Partnering with AD-Finance, VP -Ops and Operations team on cost ratification, Cost Control, and Inventory Control.
  • Partnering with payable team & ensuring payables are paid on time as per PO terms.
  • Scrap sales & Capitalization – Ensuring capitalization on time no credit sales of scrap.
  • PC approvals/PO release/Material codes approvals.
  • Preparation of Monthly review deck – PSO.SNOP
  • Plant budgets.

Internal Processes

  • PV – FA & Inventory.
  • Stock ageing analysis.
  • GR/IR, SR/IR & Freight clearing. – Ensuring zero balance on quarter/year end.

Innovation and Learning

  • Learning & adopting to the new technologies for process improvements including cross functions.

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role ?

  • Chartered Accountant (first or second attempt).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of post-qualification business partnering experience.

  • Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the category's financial performance.
