What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

Ù Extraction and Consolidation of data for Tata Soulfull

Ù Coordinating with sales finance, category finance team and group finance for obtaining data and providing inputs

Ù Accounting and analyzing the data for providing to the managerial level

Ù Analyzing and validating standard cost and new materials.

Ù Preparation of budget versus actual, mix analysis with channel/state/ SKU level.

Ù Reporting the monthly financial data to the corporate through Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC) Tool within the said timelines while ensuring the accuracy of numbers.

Ù Maintaining books of accounts and passing necessary journal entries for Month end.

Ù Oversee and optimize the use of financial systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and efficient reporting processes.

Customer Service

Ù Responsible for extraction, analysis and reporting of data across Tata Soulfull category.

Internal Processes

Ù Support for digitalization and automation to effectively improve ways of working.

Ù Provide input for improvements in process and procedures.

Innovation and Learning

Ù Reporting and tracking for Innovation projects with focus on Growth, dedicated overheads and development spends.

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

Ù CA Inter or MBA finance with 2 + years’ work experience.

Ù Good analytical ability & interpersonal skills with a strong penchant for numbers.

Ù Working knowledge in SAP.

Ù Proficiency in MS Office
