Job Description

 

 

What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

  • Social Media Metrics
  • Intranet Engagement metrics

Customer Service

  • Partnering with Brand managers and Function Leads

Internal Processes

  • Support Social Media Management
  • Support Internal Communications Management
  • Support Corporate Website Management
  • Support Corporate Brand Collateral Management
  • Support strengthening of internal processes with stakeholders

Innovation and Learning

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders / SPOCs to gather information for the Company’s corporate social media presence.
  • Coordinate with legal and regulatory affairs teams to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with SPOCs across the company to source new information and create stories for the Intranet; organize monthly connects with SPOCs to align them on active and/ or new series on the Intranet.
  • Be the primary point of contact for collating information and executing changes on the corporate website.
  • Maintain and update information repository for the corporate communications department.

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in internal communication
  • Experience in executing social media plans, with a focus on growing and strengthening social media presence.
  • Experience in helping plan and execute communication projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent comprehension and writing skills
  • Experience in effectively coordinating with agencies and relevant internal stakeholders.
