India Sales, HRBP, HR Operations, Payroll, L&D Team, RPO, Digital, Sales Finance Team

What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

  • Enable HRBPs towards right hiring, headcount control & budget controls. Support in process management from ensuring accurate JDs to onboarding activities for Management staff. Maintain functional TA hiring tracker.
  • Responsible for coordinating frontline hiring activities in the India Sales Function.
  • Manage the end-to-end Sales Trainee Program including Campus Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction and Assimilation.
  • Enable data-driven decision by ensuring HR systems and reports are updated regularly and accurately.
  • Support implementation of Rewards & Recognition Initiatives like ACE, Good to Great, Spotlight, Hall of Fame etc.

Customer Service

  • Designing and executing People Engagement Framework.
  • Vendor partnering for engagement activities.
  • Facilitate Learning & Development actions.
  • Support in facilitating Engagement Activities such as Quarterly Connects and Annual Offsites, including vendor management.
  • Conduct weekly inductions for frontline roles in the India Sales function to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

 

Internal Processes

  • Be the focal point of Sales HR on Data Integrity Management
  • Ensure Data accuracy across multiple systems such as People Hub, KREDO, Mavic, Clearview etc.
  • Obtain, process and manage all L&D, Recruitment & other Departmental Invoices and ensure timely Vendor Payments.

 

Innovation and Learning

  • Stay updated on and apply best practices on data and people analytics
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Learning & Development- Coordination with CoE, HRBPs, employees and vendors for different training identified, Support in coordinating for logistics. LMS updation and management for the function.

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

  • Qualification - MBA in HR
  • 3-5 Years of experience as HR Generalist.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Data Handling and proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to take initiative and drive projects.

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

  • Familiarity with the consumer goods industry
  • Sales domain knowledge and an understanding of its challenges and opportunities
  • Experience of working on HRMS
  • Comfortable with handling ambiguity
  • Collaboration and team management, good skills in Data Analytics, to deliver key responsibilities listed out
