What are the Key Deliverables in this role ?

Financial Outcomes

  • Spares consumption analysis – inputs to TL & SL for spares purchase indent
  • Spares inventory tracking MIS – non-moving spares, consumption data
  • Physical asset verification coordination with zones & reconciliation with FAR (once in 6 months)
  • Monthly Assets MIS (Pan India) – field working, stock, demo, new machines purchased/inward
  • Support cleaning tablets/solution requirement & replenishment at DB & TCPL service centres
  • Customer Service
  • Weekly service tracker update on PM/BD/TAT status
  • Failure analysis & frequent failing machines analysis; inputs to regional service teams
  • Weekly report on machine installation/replacement/disconnection
  • NPR feedback follow-up with supplier service team & TCPL service team; collate and summarize for review

 

  • Internal Processes
  • Weekly machine stock report
  • Weekly report on machines Installation, replacement, and disconnection of machines.
  • Weekly PM/BD/TAT tracker update
  • Monthly Assets MIS – Pan India Field working, Stock machines, demo machines, New machines purchased/inward.
  • MIS on Field Engineers productivity & funnel.
  • Physical Asset verification coordinating with zones & reconciliation with FAR –Once in 6 months
  • Spares consumption analysis – Spares inventory tracking MIS reports, non-moving spare parts, consumption data

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

  • Any degree/ PG on regular stream
  • Advanced proficiency in Ms. Office, Power BI mandatory
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in MIS data/report generation in a Customer Service / After-Sales / Field Service environment.

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English, Hindi and any other regional languages
  • Experience in Vending / FMCG Service Operations or similar high-volume field service environments (assets, spares, PM/BD/TAT governance).
  • Ability to automate recurring MIS using Power Query / Power Pivot / Power BI to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time.
  • A continuous improvement mindset—actively identifying report gaps, proposing new dashboards/metrics, and improving data quality over time.
