This role is central to our mission of Driving Digital & Innovation and Unlocking Synergies. We’re looking for a passionate expert with deep expertise in supply chain and the integration of delivery operations to spearhead transformative digital initiatives across delivery and fulfilment.

As Manager – Digital, Delivery you’ll take ownership of designing and implementing scalable SCM solutions that seamlessly connect our enterprise systems. Your work will go beyond technology—you’ll translate business needs into smart, secure, and efficient solutions that optimize processes and enhance data integrity.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and external collaborators to deliver projects with agility, precision, and impact, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Ultimately, your expertise will ensure TCPL’s digital ecosystem stays ahead of the curve, enabling operational excellence and creating exceptional experiences for our customers.

What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

  • Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects across delivery and fulfillment functions.
  • Plan, implement, and drive the digitalization and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and other key supply chain delivery functions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roles, deliverables, and timelines for integrated operations, ensuring alignment of digital initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Work closely with business partners to review and confirm solution designs, effort estimates, and timelines, ensuring they meet project expectations.

Customer Service

  • Lead IT projects using agile methodologies to ensure rapid, value-driven delivery with precision and adaptability, ensuring we deliver value quickly and pivot even faster when needed.
  • Manage multiple transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, where quick decisions and actions are the norm, not the exception.

Internal Processes

  • Own end-to-end delivery of integrated operations within enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Conduct deep analysis of systems/entities to be integrated, considering end to end aspects.
  • Clearly articulate the goals and objectives of integration, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Continuously improving the Integration processes to improve its maturity level to best-in-class standard.
  • Inform all stakeholders about the project plan, timelines, and expected outcomes to ensure transparency.
  • Review integration outcomes and document lessons learned, adhere to PMO processes and governance.
  • Effectively engage with internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely follow-ups, smart delegation, and seamless execution to drive project success.
  • Ensure transparency by communicating integration plans and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Align with Enterprise Architects to ensure overall application architecture is protected.
  • Conduct a review to evaluate the integration process, document lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
  • Adherence to Project Management Office processes.

 

Innovation and Learning

  • Continuously learn and contribute to maintaining a best-in-class SCM landscape that delivers sustained business value.
  • Work closely with business and transformation leaders to gain ground-level insights and translate them into actionable tech strategies.

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

  • Engineering Graduate/MBA with 5–10 years of experience, including 5+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Digital Transformation roles.
  • Proven track record of leading at WMS, TMS, Logistics and SCM integration projects in cross functional environment.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • End-to-end ownership of integrated operations and applications.
  • Implement strong project management practices to keep the integration on time, within budget, and in scope. Safeguard the integrity and security of data during and after the integration.
  • Ability to understand business processes and requirements to ensure that SCM solutions align with company goals and deliver value.
  • Strong background in project management, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools to support supply chain insights and integration performance.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.
