Job Description

 

 

What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

  • Responsible for FP&A activity for Soluble Coffee (India): Preparation of Annual Budget Plan (ABP), Mid Term Plan (MTP), Monthly Latest Estimate (LE) process, Flash Report, Actual Results & Variance Analysis.  
  • Reviewing of Financial data for BPC System.
  • Reviewing Business Case and getting alignment from Business Head in-order to convert query to order.
  • Reviewing and Presenting the monthly performance which includes analysis 0f Customer-wise profitability, Region wise Profitability, Overhead, Gap Analysis etc.
  • Cost Savings/Efficiencies: Work closely with the Departmental Heads in analyzing & identifying avenues for Cost optimization & Working Capital Optimization thereby enabling effective decision making.

 

Customer Service

  • Partnering with Business Head-Solubles including Key account manager on Sales, Pricing and Risk around it.
  • Partnering with VP -Ops and Operations team on cost ratification, Cost Control, and Inventory Control.
  • Partnering with Branded business Team.
  • Coordinating with Treasury on Working Capital and its impact on the Overall Business
  • Debtors Controllership and Risk Management.

Internal Processes

  • Managing Risk around Net Long position and Hedges.
  • Benchmarking with competition on a quarterly basis.
  • Monitoring Fixed and Variable cost saving.
  • Responsible for Preparing Project Workings on New Projects
  • Process Streamlining: Continuous improvement and optimization of processes and performance to enable TCPL internal and external customers to achieve higher quality, lower cost, and improve efficiency, leading to increased stakeholder satisfaction.

 

Innovation and Learning

  • Cross Functional interaction with Sales Team, Operation Team, Quality Team, Tax Team, Category Finance Team.

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role ?

  • Chartered Accountant (first or second attempt).
  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification business partnering experience.

  • Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the category's financial performance.
