What are the Key Deliverables in this role? Financial Outcomes

Ù  Preparation of Financial statements (Standalone & Consolidated)

Ù  Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with accounting standards.

Ù  Manage and supervise accounting function. Ensure proper accounting methods, policies and principles are followed.

Ù  Coordinate in preparing budgets and forecasts.

Ù  Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.

Ù  Develop and maintain effective financial control and accounting systems and policies for overall business.

Customer Service

Ù Work closely with all functions in improvement opportunities to optimize the processes, decrease cost & Working Capital Optimization through innovative and transformation mindset.

Ù  End to end coordination with statutory auditors for all requirements.

Ù  Partner in evaluating various cost synergies to strengthen financials.

Ù  Partner with ROW Teams in pricing decisions for any new SKUs , updating the pricing of all SKUs quarterly and tracking financial profitability Vs Budgets

Internal Processes

Ù  Support for digitalization and automation to effectively improve ways of working.

Ù  Provide input for improvements in process and procedures.

Innovation and Learning

Ù  Work together with business for the preparation of Annual Budgets, Financial Forecasting and Medium-term plans.

Ù  Partner with ROW Team in transition to Intercompany billing process ( Australia , NZ and Canada )

Ù  Partner with Treasury and Insurance teams

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

Ù  CA with 2+ years’ post qualification work experience.

Ù  Good analytical ability & interpersonal skills with a strong penchant for numbers.

Ù  Working knowledge in SAP.

Ù  Proficiency in MS Office

Ù  FMCG environment or related industry experience.
