What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

• Preparation of Financial statements (Standalone & Consolidated) – PL , Working Capital , Cashflow , Balance sheet and related schedules
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting as per calendar in accordance with accounting standards.
• Manage and supervise accounting function. Ensure proper accounting methods, policies and principles are followed.
• Coordinate in preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget , LE and PY
• Develop and maintain effective financial control and accounting systems and policies for overall business
• Responsible for overheads monitoring, control within Budgets and LE

Business partnering

• Work closely with all functions in improvement opportunities to optimize the processes, decrease cost & Working Capital Optimization through innovative and transformation mindset.
• End-to-end coordination with statutory auditors for all requirements.
• Partner in evaluating various cost synergies in to strengthen financials.
• Partner with ROW team - PL reporting all cuts , Interco price evaluation and fixation, Qtrly Margin difference adjustments 
• Collaborating with all the functions drives the overheads costs within Budget and LE

Internal Processes

• Support for finance transformation project, digitalization and automation to effectively improve ways of working.
• Provide input for improvements in process and procedures

Innovation and Learning

• Work together with business for the preparation of Annual Budgets, Financial Forecasting and Medium-term plans.
• Optimization through innovative and transformation mindset.

What are the Critical success factors for the Role ?

• CA/ ICWA / MBA Finance with 3+ years of experience
• Good analytical ability & interpersonal skills with a strong penchant for numbers.
• Working knowledge in SAP.
• Proficiency in MS Office

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role ?

• FMCG environment or related industry experience.
