• Administer and comply with the routine compliance including corporate tax returns, transfer pricing reports, tax audit etc of the newly acquired subsidiaries of the company.
• Understand the operations of the subsidiaries of TCPL and aid in effective tax planning.
• Collaborating with business on tax implications on any new transactions for tax efficiency.
• Assist in tax compliances of TCPL & its subsidiaries from time to time
• Handling PLI compliance and coordination of disbursement of incentive.

• Support in strategic projects evaluation and implementation.
