What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

  • Timely generation of new barcodes and sharing with the stakeholders, enabling TCPL SKUs to be live in market, will be the primary responsibility of the role.
  • Updating of all the SKUs and barcodes on the portal enabling the SKU information availability in market.

Customer Service

  • Engaging with internal stakeholder on requirement gathering & timely generation and sharing of barcode by gathering the required information on the SKU.
  • Solving queries of internal stakeholders on barcodes.
  • Maintain all the SKU information and mapping with barcodes for stakeholder’s easy reference.

Internal Processes

  • Ensuring updated data in internal records and on the barcode portal.
  • Maintaining & updating list of live and discontinued barcodes usage.

Innovation and Learning

  • Challenging the status quo and finding innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Demonstrating creativity and initiative in the identification of barcode management.

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

  • Graduate with 2-4 years’ work experience in packaging material procurement in FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge & prior experience in engaging with people and data management.
  • Knowledge in SAP & MS Excel

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

  • Good team-working, multi-tasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Knowledge on commercial negotiations, Subject matter – packaging material and relevant markets.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and manage complex and ambiguous scenarios.
