Job Description

 

 

What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

 

Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within stand-alone modern trade accounts, including store owners, managers, and buyers.
  • Drive sales and profitability for the company's portfolio by managing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
  • Ensure product availability, proper shelf placement, and compliance with the company's merchandising guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, proposing action plans for improvement where necessary.

 

Financial Outcomes

  • Responsible for Top Line Sales budget delivery for assigned accounts in the region
  • Monitor and analyze category sales performance, using data to inform decisions on promotions, pricing strategies, and inventory management.

Sales and Business Development

  • Drive sales growth by negotiating and securing promotional space, shelf placement, and in-store visibility for the company's products.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with accounts to grow market share and increase brand presence.
  • Ensure effective stock management and timely delivery of products to prevent stock-outs.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to maximize the company's growth in stand-alone retail accounts.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and product launches in these accounts.

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stand-alone modern trade accounts in the region.
  • Maintain a proactive communication line with key decision-makers, resolving any issues or concerns related to product availability, promotions, or pricing.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with retail partners, ensuring both parties benefit from mutually agreeable arrangements.
