Financial Outcomes

  • Drive financial efficiency, value creation, and cost optimization through digital transformation
  • Lead initiatives to automate and streamline operations & process efficiency for Integrated finance leading to reduction in operational costs across Integrated Finance function
  • Delivering sharp focused Projects with value-based prioritization & business case delivery for Key Projects

Customer Service

  • Understand the needs of finance transformation while closely working with stakeholders across Integrated finance and translate them into product functionalities that improve user experience.
  • Enhance service delivery & responsiveness of GCC Organization through digital platforms leading to  reduction in manual interventions and enhanced productivity
  • Strengthening reporting structures, aligning management information flows, and improving accuracy for Finance & vendor partner teams, with strong program governance

 

Internal Process

  • Drive Finance transformation projects in the areas of Procure to Pay, Accounts Receivable, Record to Report, Taxation, etc.
  • Drive integration of ERP with GCC/Taxation/Data & Analytics platforms & drive automation through AI tools.
  • Ensure robust data governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Validate product definitions with risk, fraud, legal, compliance teams.
  • Lead and safeguard agile methodology, ceremonies, and scrum practices to ensure delivery discipline.

 

Innovation and Learning

  • Build digital capabilities and foster a culture of innovation across Integrated finance teams
  • Leverage tools like ERP, P2P, R2R, BTP and Data Lake to drive tech-enabled innovation.
  • Adopting Gen AI solutions in GCC Org structure and Integrated Finance Areas such as Taxation, Internal Audit

 

 

 

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role ?

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting or Technology
  • 8–12 years of experience in finance transformation, GCC operations, or M&A strategy
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, legal tech, shared services platforms, and data analytics tools
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional digital transformation initiatives
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into digital product strategies, driving measurable outcomes in operational efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms and tools such as: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Data Lake & analytics platforms
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Formal exposure to Technology Development, Product Management or Digital Strategy, with certifications in Agile, Scrum, or related frameworks considered a plus.
