What are the Key Deliverables in this role ?

Financial Outcomes

  • Identify potential partners/solutions/new technologies that unlock value for customers in Order management System
  • Champion the identification and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, from AI to blockchain, ensuring our sales function is as smart as it is robust.

Customer Service-> Collaboration and Stakeholder management

 

  • Business Partner with Sales team to get requirements, analyze & crystalize system requirement along with technical team to go ahead with Development for enhancements in Order Management System
  • Works as effective channel of communication between Digital & Sales team
  • Instigate a culture of continuous improvement, where lightning-fast decisions and actions are the norms, not the exceptions.

Internal Processes

  • Be a subject matter expert on core sales systems - Order management System etc.  to ensure critical systems of works well operationally
  • Define and prioritize product functionalities to be tested and developed
  • Work with partners of core sales systems to ensure delivery of user change requests, product enhancements etc. in a timely fashion

Innovation and Learning

  • Leverage AI/ML to innovation and learnings from market into creating seamless customer experience
  • Champion agile methodologies, steering our Sales digital transformation projects with precision and adaptability, ensuring that we deliver value fast, and pivot even faster when needed.

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role ?

  • Graduate or Postgraduate, with formal exposure to Tech Development or Management
  • 8+ years in product management roles in technology
  • Prior experience on Order Management System or Sales Apllications
  • Domain expertise that spans the grand spectrum of Sales domain
  • A track record of turning chaos into order, complexity into simplicity, and challenges into stepping-stones.
