Job Description

 

 

What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

 

  • Develop, lead & roll out the RGM strategy across categories for TCPL India business to improve market share, grow revenue & profitability.
  • Strategic Pricing – Analyse & recommend strategic pricing across brands based on Pricing frameworks - brand equity, relative market share, RPI and strategic goals etc.
  • Pack Price architecture - recommend ideal PPA to maximise market penetration & share.
  • Assortment - Evaluate product mix and SKUs to identify growth opportunities. Develop assortment recommendation principles for GT outlets
  • Trade spends Optimization – Analyze trade investments across channels; recommend allocation adjustments, scheme designs to maximize ROI/ meet scheme objectives & minimize inter channel conflict
  • Competition benchmark/Industry best practices analysis - Monitor competitive landscape and market trends; provide actionable recommendations to maintain competitiveness.
  • Lead/Partner with stakeholders & third party for any market research work being undertaken
  • Drive continuous improvements in frameworks, dashboards, reviews & processes

 

Customer Service

  • Utilize advanced analytics to generate actionable RGM insights by leveraging models like - clustering, profiling & predicting 
  • Train, mentor & encourage the teams to move to RGM driven decisions

Digital & Innovation

 

  • Design & implement Models and tools to enable day to day RGM
  • Partner with Digital team to embed RGM at transaction level - frameworks, guiding principles & strategic goals at transaction level via SFA/ Other tools like trade spends simulator
  • Partner with digital to leverage robotics/ BI dashboards to standardize reports across regions and categories

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

  • MBA from premier institute preferred with minimum 6-8 years of experience; 4 years of experience in RGM  preferably in FMCG – F&B/ Consulting Firms
  • Strategic thinker with strong business/commercial acumen, analytical & influencing skills
  • Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication & presentation skills (incumbent will work directly with ExCom member and his / her direct reports at VP and Director level)
  • Agility to steer as per market trends and business prioritization
  • Collaborative approach & growth mindset - Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional skills
  • Result oriented with proactive approach
  • High attention to detail while managing multiple priorities

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

  • Expertise in data modeling, financial analysis, and RGM  tools.
