What are the Key Deliverables in this role ?

Financial Outcomes

  • Implementation and monitoring of all visibility led activities
  • Implementation and monitoring of BTL programs designed for all brand.
  • Innovation of different visibility elements and execution across channels
  • Plan and execute rural activation programs.

Customer Service

  • Defining and executing processes for shopper marketing and brand activation.
  • Ensuring the defined marketing ROI on all shopper marketing and brand activation Programs through execution excellence.
  • Identification of the right outlets/channel for execution in conjunction with the sales team

Internal Processes

  • Incumbent should also have prior experience in handling execution and ideation by agencies
  • Budget management for programs handled

 

Innovation and Learning

  • Activation/Shopper Agencies: Work closely with the activation agency to deliver the deliverables mentioned above
  • Sales & Distribution Team: to identify outlets and monitor business performance for implementation as well as co-ordination on execution
  • Procurement Team: Liaise on specs and financials pertaining to visibility elements and activation programs
  • Commercial: Development of relevant MIS templates and their analysis for ROI.

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the FMCG, Telecom or Advertising industry (BTL Activation agency) in a similar profile
  • Needs to have very strong interpersonal skills to manage the internal interfaces effectively
  • Post graduate business degree/P/G Diploma
  • Age Profile: 25-30 years preferably
