What are the Key Deliverables in this role ?

Financial Outcomes

  • To maintain minimum stock spares at the branch stores.
  • 100% accounting of spares stock inventory & consumption. Machine stock in Sales force
  • Spares consumption analysis – familiar with FSN analysis, ABC Analysis and VED analysis to support optimal purchase & inventory
  • MIS reports on Spares – Spares purchased Vs consumed Vs closing stock (Item wise with cost)
  • Prepare spare parts purchase request, purchase order, spares receipt inward in SAP & SFDC

 

  • Customer Service
  • To Coordinate and support branch functions on movement of Asset machines required for installations/Demo and disconnections
  • To support the Field Engineers with the spares request indents raised for PM calls/service calls/ BD calls & Refurbishment.
  • Track the serviceable spares return from Field & Coordinate with Service HUB Engineer to turn-around or repair the serviceable parts for re-use in machines

 

  • Internal Processes
  • Asset machines tracking – Purchased /Inward/Stock/Installation/Disconnection at all stock points
  • MIS reports on Assets – Field working Vs TCPL Warehouse stock Vs Distributor stock
  • Spares stock – Maintain stock, track movement, control consumption, analyze the consumption trend, Physical stock verification/Reconciliation once in 6 months and support FE with required spares.

 

  • Innovation & Learning
  • Continuous improvement in spares consumption analysis – FSN analysis, ABC Analysis and VED analysis based learnings to improve optimal purchase & inventory
  • Process improvement initiatives to reduce spares non-moving inventory and improve stock accuracy through periodic review and reconciliation learnings

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

  • Any Degree with 3 -6 years in  Spares stores management
  • English, Hindi mandatory & any regional language
