What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

 

  1. Consumer Love- Create products and propositions for market making and category creation .
  • Uncover emerging consumer tensions, behaviors and unmet needs
  • Translate insights into compelling millet-first solutions
  • Build distinctive propositions, products and experiences consumers love

 

  1. Innovation Strategy- Build the roadmap that makes Soulfull the market maker for millets in India.
  • Identify future growth spaces, occasions and category opportunities
  • Build a pipeline of breakthrough innovations across breakfast, snacking and mini-meals
  • Shape the future role of millets in modern Indian food culture

 

  1. Business Building- Create growth platforms, not just product launches.
  • Develop scalable business opportunities from concept to commercialization
  • Build robust business cases, growth models and launch plans
  • Deliver innovation-led growth, premiumization and market expansion

 

  1. Operational Excellence- Turn ideas into successful launches at speed.
  • Lead cross-functional teams from concept through market launch
  • Drive disciplined innovation governance and portfolio prioritization
  • Build strong partnerships across R&D, Supply Chain, Sales and Finance
