What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

  • To Achieve top line sales & revenue
  • Monitor & support in developing and implementing strategies to increase market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).
  • To work on minimizing stock expiry
  • To implement the discount & offers policy for increase sale per received by the management
  • To motivate & direct SIS team to display objectives to meet of the SIS sales targets.
  • To Achieve EBITDA
  • Guide and Monitor team for planning and achieving the daily/monthly store as well category targets

Customer Service

  • To ensure superior customer service at all times is provided by SIS Store staff
  • Ensure major customer issues/ complaints/ feedback are escalated to respective stakeholders or brought to CEO's notice

Internal Processes

  • To work closely with SCM on demand forecasting/ planning as well as stock movement at C&F
  • To take care of Store hygiene & No. of Health check-up per store
  • To train team in tracking and monitoring retail metrics like mystery customer report. Footfall, conversion, average bill value etc and take corrective and timely measures
  • To deploy staff between the categories basis their competencies
  • KRA based evaluation performance of all reportees to be done
  • To ensure that all team members are groomed as per OI standards and adhere to the code of conduct.

Innovation and Learning

  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude. Recruit, Develop & retain quality manpower
  • To Build Sales team capability, manage, motivate and lead the development of team members.
  • Building up new opportunities and managing the new stores opened
  • Team development by constant coaching and training and hiring right skills
  • Self-development
  • Running a detailed induction program along with training for new team members. To provide coaching and mentoring to new employees

  • 8-10 years experience in FMCG/Retail sales
  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate- Mandatory
  • Good Know how about PAN India Market
  • Communication Skill

  • Knowledge of Herbs/Spices/Food grains etc
