Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Define and own the vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for Digital Sales Platforms.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable digital products and capabilities.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and strategic priorities.
  • Drive continuous product innovation through user feedback, business insights, analytics, and emerging technologies.
  • Own product success, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

End-to-End Product Delivery & Ownership

  • Own end-to-end accountability for product delivery across strategy, design, engineering, implementation, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead execution across internal product, engineering, architecture, data, AI, quality assurance, infrastructure, and business teams.
  • Drive delivery through external implementation partners, system integrators, and technology vendors while ensuring clear ownership, governance, quality, and timelines.
  • Establish strong governance around roadmaps, sprint execution, release management, risks, dependencies, production readiness, and post-production support.
  • Be hands-on whenever required by participating in product discussions, architecture reviews, solution design, backlog prioritization, technical decision-making, and issue resolution to accelerate execution.
  • Ensure products are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with enterprise architecture and business goals.

 

Platform & Technology Leadership

 

Lead the evolution of Digital Sales Platforms by bringing together capabilities across:

  • Salesforce ecosystem and Sales Automation platforms
  • AI and Generative AI
  • Agentic AI and intelligent assistants
  • Workflow automation
  • Mobile applications
  • Enterprise integrations
  • APIs and microservices
  • Data and analytics
  • Cloud platforms
  • Conversational and voice-enabled experiences

Drive the creation of intuitive, intelligent, and scalable business platforms by seamlessly integrating these capabilities.

Business Partnership

  • Partner closely with Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Excellence, Distribution, and other business functions to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of field sales, go-to-market processes, customer engagement, and sales operations.
  • Build products that simplify business processes, improve frontline productivity, and deliver measurable business value.
  • Balance short-term business priorities with long-term platform investments.

AI & Intelligent Automation

Leverage AI as a core capability within the platform to:

  • Deliver intelligent recommendations and insights.
  • Enable conversational and voice-first user experiences.
  • Orchestrate multiple AI agents across business workflows.
  • Automate repetitive business processes.
  • Improve productivity through intelligent assistants and contextual decision support.
  • Continuously optimize AI performance, prompts, workflows, and user adoption while ensuring appropriate governance and responsible AI practices.

 

Business Operations & Performance Management

Define, measure, and continuously improve platform performance through KPIs including:

  • Product adoption and user engagement.
  • Field productivity and business outcomes.
  • Sales effectiveness.
  • AI adoption and utilization.
  • Agent performance and Agent KPIs.
  • Workflow completion and automation effectiveness.
  • Platform reliability, availability, and service levels.
  • Delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and ROI.

 

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional teams spanning Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, AI, UX, Quality Assurance, Business Operations, and Change Management.
  • Build strong collaboration across business and technology teams.
  • Manage multiple vendors and implementation partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Foster a product-led culture focused on innovation, execution excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.

 

Innovation

  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities to embed AI, automation, analytics, and modern digital capabilities into business processes.
  • Drive rapid experimentation while maintaining enterprise-grade governance, scalability, security, and reliability.

 

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

  • 10–18 years of experience in enterprise technology, digital products, product engineering, or platform delivery.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale digital products or enterprise platforms from concept through production.
  • Strong product management mindset with experience owning product roadmaps, prioritization, and business outcomes.
  • Experience delivering enterprise solutions on Salesforce or comparable enterprise sales automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sales automation, field force enablement, CRM platforms, or go-to-market technologies.
  • Good understanding of AI and Generative AI capabilities and their practical application within enterprise products.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern application architectures.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and modern product operating models.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end delivery across both internal engineering teams and external implementation partners.
  • Ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and execution levels, with a willingness to dive into technical and delivery details whenever required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience in one or more of the following will be an advantage:
  • FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Distribution, or Sales Enablement platforms.
  • Field sales automation and go-to-market technologies.
  • AI-enabled enterprise products, conversational AI, digital assistants, or agentic AI solutions.
  • Mobile-first enterprise applications.
  • Product analytics and user adoption frameworks.
  • Enterprise-scale product engineering and platform modernization initiatives.
