What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

• Conduct detailed analysis of budget versus actual results, identifying the reasons for variances.
• Analysis of key elements of P&L – revenue, cost etc. mix analysis at Channel/state/SKU level.
• Preparation & Analysis of Ad Hoc reports based on Management requirements.
• Prepare State/Brand/ SKU P&Ls with insightful analysis on brand performance, Sales (value and volume), margins.
• Lead balance sheet governance and working capital delivery
• Preparation and analysis of overheads, budgets and variance
• Group accounting submissions (BPC)

Customer Service

• Responsible for extraction, analysis and reporting of data across RTD category.

Internal Processes

• Support for digitalization and automation to effectively improve ways of working.
• Provide input for improvements in process and procedures.

Innovation and Learning

• Evaluating Innovation projects with focus on Growth, dedicated overheads and development spends.
• P&L roll up for all NPDs.

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

• Chartered Accountant (first or second attempt)
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification work experience (business partnering experience preferred)
• Strong analytical ability and interpersonal skills

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

• FMCG environment preferred or related industry experience.
• Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends to optimize financial performance.
