The incumbent will be responsible for leading the marketing innovation for RTD beverages (emerging/ premium category) , with full ownership of building, expanding, and managing the long-term pipeline of premium and health-focused products in line with aggressive business growth targets. Drive national expansion, brand building, and team leadership for sustainable category growth.

What are the Key Deliverables in this role?  

 

Financial Outcomes

🞴 Consistently achieve brand strategy objectives alongside topline growth and margin targets.

🞴 Employ agile optimization based on ongoing consumer and retailer feedback, maintaining strong focus on P&L management.

🞴 Optimize A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budgets to maximize campaign ROI.

Customer Service

🞴 Develop and execute integrated product, packaging, and communication strategies—including digital-first campaigns that    generate significant consumer engagement.

🞴 Scale consumer campaigns and drive successful rollout of pilot programs across multiple channels to enhance customer      experience.

🞴 Build compelling brand propositions and visual identities that resonate with target consumers.

Internal Processes

🞴 Lead end-to-end innovation from ideation through launch and scale-up, ensuring efficient product development cycles.

🞴 Build and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies in partnership with sales and channel teams for seamless execution.

🞴 Foster close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution of innovation projects and    market launches.

 

Innovation and Learning

🞴 Identify local and global trends to translate into breakthrough product concepts for the RTD beverage category.

🞴 Deliver fast-paced launches with a proven ability to bring new products to market efficiently, continuously improving processes   based on learnings.

🞴 Drive national expansion, strategic brand development, and cross-functional team leadership to ensure sustainable category growth.

 

 

 

What are the Critical success factors (Key requirement) for the Role?

🞴 5–7 years’ experience in marketing; minimum 2–3 years in innovation or new product development roles.

🞴 Proven track record in premium or health-focused FMCG categories preferred.

🞴 Exposure to sales/channel management is an advantage.

🞴 MBA required.
