What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

• Partner with manufacturing, logistics, procurement and quality teams to drive efficient opportunities and improve cost structure, providing strategic support through actionable insights.
• Lead and develop cost analysis and forecast capabilities to drive pricing, portfolio, capacity, logistic footprint
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze variances versus budget/prior years, and drive continuous improvement programs
• Collaborate with supply chain to provide data-driven insights for inventory management
• Prepare monthly reports, performance metrics (KPIs), and dashboards to monitor supply chain efficiency
• Work with operations team to make sure that financial discipline is adhered across co packing locations
• Build conversion costing, capex scenarios to drive financial benefits for capacity additions
• Ensure GST compliance

Customer Service

• Manage all co-packer relationships

Internal Processes

• Drive continuous improvements in processes and partner in all automation/other projects to improve ways of working.
• Set up Governance for timely review with all stakeholders

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

• Chartered Accountant (first or second attempt) or MBA Finance from premier institute
• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience including experience in supply finance for 2 years.
• Strong analytical ability and interpersonal skills
• Strong stakeholder management
• Strong Commercial acumen and ability to look for an opportunity in any challenging situation.

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

• FMCG environment or related industry experience.
• Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the category's financial performance.
