What are the Key Deliverables in this role?  

Financial Outcomes

🞴 Evaluating supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery times.

🞴 Ensuring that purchases align with the department's or organization's budget.

🞴 Monitoring and tracking POs against the budget to prevent over-expenditure.

🞴 Approving invoices for payment after verifying that all conditions of the PO have been met.

🞴 Preparing regular reports on purchasing activities, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and order status.

Customer Service

🞴 Maintaining relationships with current suppliers.

🞴 Sending POs to suppliers and confirming receipt.

🞴 Communicating any additional requirements or changes in the orders to the suppliers promptly.

Internal Processes

🞴 Creating regular and ad-hoc marketing reports for management and marketing teams.

🞴 Developing dashboards and visualizations to represent data insights.

🞴 Integrating data from various sources to provide a comprehensive view of marketing performance.

🞴 Translating approved requisitions into official Purchase Orders.

🞴 Ensuring that POs include all essential information such as item descriptions, quantities, prices, delivery dates, and     payment terms.

🞴 Generating and issuing POs using procurement software or ERP systems.

🞴 Maintaining detailed records of all POs, including any changes or cancellations.

🞴 Ensuring proper documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.

🞴 Matching supplier invoices with POs and receiving documents to ensure accuracy.

 

Innovation and Learning

  🞴 Analyzing marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

  🞴 Providing data-driven insights to support marketing strategy and planning.

  🞴 Collaborating with other departments to align marketing activities with overall business goals.

  🞴 Providing insights and recommendations to improve procurement processes.

 

 

 

What are the Critical success factors (Key requirement) for the Role?

🞴 3-4 years of brand marketing experience in Consumer Products industry

🞴 Strong stakeholder management skills, experienced in influencing stakeholders internally & externally

🞴 Skills in budget compliance, tracking POs against budgets, and monitoring expenditures.
