Job Description

 

 

What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

 

Financial Outcomes

  • Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, process capability analysis, and manage 3P QA teams and related reporting.

Customer Service

  • Handle customer complaints by conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions.
  • Conduct product sensory, Raw Team inspection, and release.

Internal Processes

  • Ensure quality control for Incoming Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, in-process items, and Finished Goods as per protocols.
  •  Review shift reports timely and manage Finished Goods release in SAP.
  •  Maintain compliance with FSSC V 6 standards within the unit.
  •  Coordinate and participate in internal, corporate, and external audits.
  •  Conduct GMP and warehouse audits and report findings promptly.
  • Monitor key quality metrics like DPMO, RFT, and COPQ, and develop improvement action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with validations including Line, product, CCP, and OPRP.

 

Innovation and Learning

 

  • Provide training on GMP, Food Safety, FSSC 22000, and FSSAI to shop floor employees.
