Job Description

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Manufacturing

  • Support day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities to ensure achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
  • Gain exposure to production planning, plant operations, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Participate in shop-floor reviews and operational performance discussions.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Support Lean, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and other continuous improvement projects.
  • Analyze operational data and recommend improvement actions.

Quality & Compliance

  • Assist in monitoring adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and operational controls.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and corrective action tracking.
  • Participate in quality improvement projects across locations.

Supply Chain & Planning

  • Gain exposure to procurement, inventory management, demand planning, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.
  • Support coordination between manufacturing, planning, and supply chain teams.
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and improvement opportunities.

Project Assignments

  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects during each rotation.
  • Present project outcomes and recommendations to plant and functional leadership.
  • Document learning and best practices from each stint.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related disciplines.
  • 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates preferred).
  • Strong academic record and willingness to relocate across locations during the program.
