What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

Ù  Partner with leaders to deliver effective people and organizational agenda, ensuring operational HR alignment that drives supply continuity and cost optimization.

Ù  Enable disciplinary and grievance management processes effectively, mitigating risks that could impact cluster operations financially.

Ù  Deploy compliance frameworks and ER strategies to respond to business demands, minimizing disruptions and ensuring smooth operations with cost efficiencies.

Ù  Support organizational change or restructuring initiatives, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives to contribute to long-term financial sustainability.

 

Customer Service

Ù  Ensure regular engagement interventions and pulse checks to understand issues impacting the workforce that could indirectly affect customer service or supply chain continuity.

Ù  Facilitate harmonious employee and industrial relations, building a productive and motivated workforce that supports timely delivery of services to customers.

Ù  Drive one-on-one and group meetings, including gembas, to swiftly address employee challenges that could indirectly impact supply chain effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Ù  Lead talent pipeline development with the right skills and experiences to ensure seamless operations, which directly influence customer service quality and continuity.

Internal Processes

Ù  Map and manage cluster operations key risks, identifying opportunities to build a high-performing Integrated Operations team across multiple operating units.

Ù  Provide coaching and advisory services for line managers, ensuring ethical and compliant decision-making within operational processes.

Ù  Design and deliver organizational changes or restructurings, optimizing internal workflows and employee engagement for efficient operations.

Ù  Maintain rigorous compliance with ER and legal frameworks, supporting smooth internal operations and mitigating risks.

 

Innovation and Learning

Ù  Shape and enable a winning mindset culture, driving performance and engagement through digitally enabled people processes and systems.

Ù  Drive intentional talent rotations within the cluster, facilitating cross-pollination of skills and creating a diverse set of experiences to support innovation.

Ù  Engage with business teams to identify feedback-based action plans, fostering innovative solutions to address workforce issues.

Ù  Leverage external HR trends and market knowledge for progressive ER practices, enabling the organization to respond to transformation challenges effectively.

 

 

 

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

Ù  Qualification: MBA in HR

Ù  Experience: 8-10 years’ experience in HR, preferably in managing Manufacturing HR operations
