Job Description

 

 

What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

 

Financial Outcomes

 

  • Ensure FSSAI  and statutory compliances are adhered to, avoiding penalties, audit costs, and business risks.

Customer Service

  • Overall coordination for customer complaint handling and adherence to TAT including RCA & CAPA.

Internal Processes

  • Overall responsibility for maintaining the QMS ,KOSHER,HALAL and FSMS (FSSC 22000) documentation system.
  • Ensure certifications for QMS & FSMS are completed and renewed as per schedule.
  • Internal quality SOP’s and document control as per QMS & FSMS and US FDA food Safety.
  • Microbiological analysis monitoring as per the Quality Inspection Plan.
  • Responsible for MIS, COPQ including KPIs and key quality parameters.

 

Innovation and Learning

 

  • SOP digitization and ensuring the currency and continuous improvement of SOPs.
  • Work closely with NPD team for timely launch of new products and updation of current food safety manual as or when required for addition of new product.

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

 

  • B. Tech in Food Technology or equivalent
  • Good Knowledge on FSMS and QMS system preferably a lead auditor
  • Microbiological knowledge and experience
  • Minimum 5 Years experience in FMCG industry
  • Knowledge on Organic Product is preferable

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

  • Shift-based work environment may involve extended hours during production peaks.
  • Physical role with material handling responsibility (within limits).
  • PPE compliance is always required on the shop floor.
