• Management of project budgets and ensuring that the optimum utilization of budgets is done in line with the expectations. (

Customer Service

• Lead the team of Site managers in the territory assigned.
• Close coordination with SCM and Sales team in the region
• Experience in handling 3P model
• Support in shortlisting of new 3P business partner
• Project execution in coordination with central project team
• Coordination with internal stake holders in Corporate office on day today requirement

Internal Processes

• Monitoring and control of KPI’s
• Project execution and provide subsequent support ensuring that all performance out comes have been met
• Sensitively coordinating and planning the project - proactively all requirements are made clear to parties
• Complete Statutory Compliance - such that both the COC guidelines as well as the local/ national law are adhered to
• Day to Day Operations of Ready to drink beverages plant
