Financial Outcomes

 We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in the supply chain & cross functional domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in master data processes, ERP/MDM tools, and a strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and cross-functional business impacts. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and global process owners to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of enterprise master data.

Customer Service

Execute end-to-end master data creation, maintenance, validation, and governance across the Material, Customer, and Vendor domains.

Apply defined business rules, data standards, and approval workflows as part of the maker-checker model.

Internal Processes

Serve as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for at least one core master data object—Material, Customer, or Vendor.

Maintain strong knowledge of master data attributes, hierarchies, dependencies, and cross-functional impacts.

Innovation and Learning

• Experience in a shared services or global finance environment.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and period close (e.g., TDS, GST in India).
• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification is a plus.

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

• 6-8 years of relevant work experience in supply chain master data management.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: SAP S/4HANA
• Salesforce, SAP MDG
• Defined workflow tools
• Strong understanding of Material, Customer, and Vendor master data objects.
• Strong functional knowledge of: Attribute level understanding & its dependencies
• Good understanding of Master data approval workflows
• Data standards & business rules
