What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

  • Transformation: Support the BIT project leads in delivery and execution of Integration & Transformation projects for multiple functions within the agreed timelines. Ensure the project plans are comprehensive having the details of milestones, including timelines, budget, resource allocation and risk management strategies.

Customer Service

  • Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Regular business engagements to ensure proper governance and management of the project.  Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, updates, and any changes to ensure transparency and manage expectations.  

Internal Processes

  • Project Management & Collaboration: work collaboratively with project teams and communicate regularly with project teams, key stakeholders regarding project status and opportunities for additional initiatives.

Innovation and Learning

  • Innovation: Recommend solutions that drive competitive advantage and business growth through integration & transformation

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

  • Graduate+ MBA in Supply Chain Management/ Sales & Marketing/Finance or related advanced degree
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in FMCG Industry or management consulting
  • Knowledge of one or more verticals or domains to bring insights and advice to the project teams.

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to use data to recommend solutions to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills, including experience of working with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with the consumer goods industry and an understanding of its challenges and opportunities
