What are the Key Deliverables in this role ?
Financial Outcomes

Resourcing: enable appropriate resourcing and right talent within the assigned function.

Develop early talent pipeline for the assigned function.
Customer Service
 Workforce Engagement & Diversity: Design/deliver organizational change/restructures as per the need of the business.
 Support in driving initiatives and interventions towards employee engagement.
Internal Processes

People Process : Support in collaborating with COE teams to effectively drive people processes such as hiring, onboarding & induction, performance management, reward and recognition, organization design, succession planning, compensation & benefits, diversity & inclusion agenda and compliances.
Innovation and Learning

Capability Development- Build a robust competency framework that would enable us to build Future Fit Function. Align learning interventions to the competency framework. Design and deliver the learning programs effectively. Create impact oriented and pull bases learning culture in the function.
What are the Critical success factors for the Role?
Master’s degree in general management / human resources
3-6 years of relevant work experience
Strong business acumen and in depth understanding of strategic people processes.
Experience in partnering with CXOs / senior business leaders in driving people agenda.
Strong analytical & business communication skills, collaborative mindset
What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?
Familiarity with the consumer goods industry.
