What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

  • Conceptualize and execute business plan to address the HORECA and FM segment. Primary focus being 5-star chains and premium facility management companies.
  • Leverage relationships within the HORECA and FM segment to ensure TATA MyBistro becomes their choice of vendor for tea and coffee vending.
  • Deliver topline & bottom-line targets in line with business goals in the accounts, onboard new national accounts, drive activations across accounts & be responsible for P&L of the customers.

 

Customer Service

  • Develop deep understanding of individual customer requirements and tailor product and service delivery to meet them.
  • Closely work with service, sales and supply teams to ensure quality delivery.
  • Ensure timely fulfilment & high fill-rate across B2B channel
  • Build strong relationships by identifying unique requirements and customizing to deliver superior value.

Internal Processes

  • Drive the achievement of Volume and Value targets in Vending channel.
  • While it is an IC role, the incumbent is expected to leverage local teams in each geography to prospect, do demos and ensure closures. This becomes critical to ensure that national level closures translate into country wide execution.
  • Continuously monitor, report, and take appropriate action along with quarterly performance review (Internal team/Accounts)
  • Ensure timely fulfilment & high fill-rate across Vending channel in coordination with supply chain/logistics.
  • Ensure high rate of account renewals with favorable terms of trade.
  • Identify & onboard new national accounts and setup favorable terms of trade.
  • Leverage existing relationship with national accounts to drive proliferation of key brands across accounts.
  • Design & implement various activation initiatives customized for different accounts (in-coordination with marketing team)
  • Create & manage excellent business relationships in HO for all national accounts and build a favorable company image in the Vending Space.
  • Ensure commercial hygiene for the account- finance meetings, claim release & settlement follow-ups & meetings.
  • Track competition activities in the channel and counter actions.



Innovation and Learning

  • Drive learning within the larger vending team, particularly in the area of Key Account Management.

 

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

 

  • MBA/Hotel Management degree with 8+ years of experience in HORECA Sales.
  • Strong relationships and track record in the premium hotel and FM space.
  • Entrepreneurial and high growth mindset
  • Superior presentation skill and communication skills – should be able to confidently interact with Hotel GMs and F&B directors.
  • Strong financial understanding - P&L, driving profitability, account reconciliation, ROI measures etc.
  • An analytical mindset and methodical approach – extensive excel and business presentation skills.

 

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

  • Knowledge of Coffee will be an added advantage.
  • Past track record of closing National Contracts with TAJ/Marriot/Oberois
