Financial Outcomes

• Ensure timely procurement of organic produce from farmer groups as per crop plan to meet volume and cost targets.
• Support achievement of production targets through regular field visits and farmer engagement, indirectly contributing to revenue goals.
•   Reduce certification-related non-compliances that may result in financial penalties or product rejection.

Customer Service

•  Ensure all field-level activities align with NPOP, NOP, and EU organic regulations, maintaining certification credibility for customers.
• Provide timely updates to internal teams regarding crop status, risks, and compliance progress.
•   Support certification bodies during inspections by presenting accurate farm and farmer documentation.

Internal Processes

•   Conduct regular field visits to allotted farmers to ensure adherence to organic protocols and production targets.
•  Train farmers on organic crop production, soil fertility management, pest/disease control, and post-harvest handling.
• Assist in maintaining end-to-end traceability from production to procurement as per organic standards.
•  Ensure proper post-harvest practices such as storage, packaging, and product handling to meet organic certification norms.

Innovation and Learning

• Continuously upgrade knowledge of organic standards (NPOP, NOP, EU) and certification requirements.
•  Explore improved cultivation practices, soil fertility techniques, and eco‑friendly pest management solutions suitable for farmer groups.
•  Enhance digital skills in Tracenet, Excel, MS Word, and reporting tools to streamline documentation.
• Identify process improvements for better farmer training, audit readiness, and traceability management.
