🞴 Experience in the store’s management activities such as receipt and issue posting of the store’s materials in the Stock ledger. 

🞴 Space Utilization, Planning and Control activity, FEFO/FIFO, Mini-Max, Non-Moving Items Control and maintaining records.

🞴 Managing the physical loading, unloading, storage and Identification and preservation of the stores. 

🞴 Periodic physical stock verification of the stores from time to time and annual stock verification.  

🞴 Scrap disposal, E Waste & Hazardous waste regulations where relevant, Used Oil, and Bio Waste. 

🞴 Supporting team for internal and external audits related to Stock taking, FSMS, FSSAI, FSSC, Factories audits. 

🞴 Taking GRN, issue to production, invoicing for dispatch materials, reconciliation of stock on daily basis.

🞴 Prepare day to day MIS reporting and maintaining SAP Hygiene for logged data, conduct material variance analysis.

🞴 Need to Maintain the RCA and tracker sheet of CAPA for closure of all recorded observations.

🞴 Meet all Safety, food safety requirements while executing stores operations & Projects

🞴 SAP compliance for all day-to-day activities and ensure smooth monthly closing.

🞴 Coordinate for all Audits from Safety, Food safety, Energy Management, ISO, Legal audits etc.

🞴 Support on Logistics activities for invoicing, GR and Service entry in SAP as & when required

🞴 Improve plant safety culture by focusing on trainings and leading safety indicators.

Innovation and Learning

🞴 The capability of handling stores with very large number of items like Raw material, packing material and general stores shall be preferred. Manage the team to achieve the institute’s expected response  

🞴 Work together with the indenter departments to ensure that required materials are made available to user departments. 

🞴 Work as part of the Central Stores team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role ?

🞴  Bachelor/Masters degree Preferably with Food Industry Experience.

🞴  4-6 years of experience in Inventory Management – Inventory Control, Receipt, Issue and storage and maintain Store records.

🞴 Experience in managing Stores in F&B or FMCG. Relevant knowledge of Food Safety practices.

🞴    Aptitude for working under pressure and managing emergencies. 

🞴    Strong communication and organizational skills.

🞴    Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

🞴    Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making and commercially aware.  

🞴    Basic awareness of statutory requirements 

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role ?

🞴 Proven experience in Food industry Stores/procurement/shipping operation

🞴 Knowledge of sourcing, negotiations and procurement techniques.

🞴 Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).

🞴 Experience in collecting, analyzing data and decision making.

🞴  Good in Manpower Management Skills

🞴 Computer proficiency (MS office, SAP, Google drive, Power Bi). Advanced MS office and SAP working knowledge is a must.
