Job Description

 

 

What are the Key Deliverables in this role?
Financial Outcomes
 Strategic Resourcing: Partner with leadership to assess workforce needs, drive timely talent acquisition in collaboration with Talent Acquisition team, and proactively build a robust talent pipeline alongside Talent Management team.
 People Metrics: Monitor and influence key people metrics (Engagement Index, people costs, span of control, retention rates), providing insights and driving accountability to align with business objectives.
Customer Service
 Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business units by understanding their priorities and translating them into actionable people and organizational strategies. Identify key risks and implement mitigation plans to enable high-performing teams and business growth.
 Employee Relations & Values Champion: Advise and coach managers on disciplinary, grievance, and ethical matters; serve as an ambassador for company values, modeling ethical leadership and compliance.
 Workforce Engagement & Diversity: Lead engagement initiatives to assess organizational health; develop action plans based on feedback to drive effectiveness and efficiency. Champion DEI programs and manage organizational change or restructuring as needed.
 Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure effective planning and execution of Quarterly Connects, Townhalls, and Annual Offsites within set timelines and budgets. Serve as the primary point of contact for ethics, data integrity, grievance, and disciplinary matters.
Internal Processes
 Process Excellence: Collaborate with COEs to drive seamless execution of core HR processes—including hiring, onboarding, performance management, rewards & recognition, org design, succession planning, compensation & benefits, DEI initiatives, and compliance.
 Performance Management: Lead the entire performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year/year-end reviews), ensuring timely completion. Coach managers to foster a culture of continuous feedback and high performance; facilitate talent calibration and development planning.
 Data Integrity & Analytics: Ensure data accuracy across HR systems (e.g., People Hub, KREDO). Regularly update reports to enable data-driven decision-making for HR and business leaders.
Innovation and Learning
 Capability Development: Identify training needs in partnership with business leaders; design and deliver impactful learning interventions that support business goals.
 Continuous Improvement: Stay current on HR trends and best practices. Lead initiatives to continuously enhance HR processes, policies, and practices for greater efficiency and impact.
What are the Critical success factors for the Role?
Master’s degree in general management / human resources
5-10 years of relevant work experience
Strong business acumen and in depth understanding of strategic people processes.
Experience in partnering with CXOs / senior business leaders in driving people agenda.
Strong analytical & business communication skills, collaborative mindset
What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?
Good understanding of FMCG, FMCD, and AlcoBev industry dynamics.
