What are the Key Deliverables in this role ?
Financial Outcomes

Refurbish the disconnected/old machines to make it look like new and keep them ready for new installations.

Test and calibrate the machines before moving for installation.

Service and recondition the defective serviceable parts like PCB’s, pumps, motors etc., for re-use in machines.

Support Field Engineers on major breakdown calls & repeated failures to avoid escalation and quick closure.

Customer Service

Support Virtual Response Centre (VRC) to resolve service complaints through video calls

Absentee cover to Field service Engineers.

Support bulk installations.

Internal Processes

Test and calibrate the machines before moving for installation.

Service and recondition the defective serviceable parts like PCB’s, pumps, motors etc., for re-use in machines.

Coordinate with Field Engineers for required Spares support.

Innovation & Learning

Plan and conduct monthly technical training to the new and Field Engineers at the Service Centre to improve their competency.

Provide training on new machines/models to Field Engineers
What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

Diploma with 5+ years in Field service of Coffee machines

BE/B. Tech with 3+ years of experience in similar coffee vending machines
What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

Hands-on experience in machine refurbishment and pre-install readiness (testing, calibration, cosmetics)

Strong technical troubleshooting capability on coffee vending machines (electrical, mechanical, electronics)
