Job Description

 

 

Distribution Management 

• Appoint, manage, and develop relationships with distributors to ensure smooth product availability and delivery. 

• Monitor distributor performance, address gaps, and ensure adherence to company policies and standards. 

 

Sales Target Achievement 

• Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Organic India’s product portfolio. 

• Develop and execute sales plans to ensure consistent territory performance. 

 

Retailer Engagement 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, health stores, and organic product retailers. 

• Ensure consistent product visibility and placement across all points of sale. 

 

Team Management  

• Supervise and guide the territory sales workforce, including Territory Sales In-Charges or field sales executives, to achieve collective goals. 

• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and foster a culture of motivation and accountability. 

Promotional Campaigns 

• Plan and execute trade promotions, schemes, and events to drive product awareness and consumer engagement. 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement branding initiatives at the ground level. 

Compliance and Alignment 

• Ensure adherence to Tata Consumer Products Ltd’s policies and values, focusing on ethical and sustainable sales practices. 

• Align sales activities with the strategic goals of Organic India under the Tata Consumer umbrella.
