Job Description

 

 

Business Development & Account Management

 

  • Manage end-to-end relationships with key Travel Retail partners (airports, duty free operators, airlines, lounges).
  • Develop annual joint business plans with accounts covering sales targets, activations, and promotional activities.
  • Identify opportunities for distribution expansion, assortment optimization, and visibility improvement.
  • Drive revenue, market share, and profitability for assigned accounts.

 

Planning & Execution

 

  • Create account-specific sales plans aligned with overall Institution strategy.
  • Monitor performance against plans, taking corrective actions to close gaps.
  • Ensure timely execution of launches, promotions, and visibility programs in coordination with trade marketing.
  • Negotiate terms of trade, listings, and activations to maximize ROI

 

Cross-functional Collaboration

 

  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery and service levels.
  • Partner with finance for credit control and reconciliation of accounts.
