Job Description

 

 

What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

 

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the territory.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product listings and categories in modern trade outlets.
  • Drive volume growth and improve market share through effective negotiation and product placement

 

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at assigned modern trade outlets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, concerns, and queries.

Merchandising and Visibility

  • Ensure proper placement and visibility of products in-store according to agreed planograms.
  • Coordinate with merchandising teams to maintain shelves fully stocked
  • Monitor and enhance promotional displays, ensuring compliance with marketing standards.

Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Implement promotional activities and schemes as per company guidelines.
  • Track and manage account receivables to ensure timely payment collection.
