Job Description

 

 

 

What are the Key Deliverables in this role ?

 

Financial Outcomes

  • Set clear performance expectations to achieve growth in terms of sales volume and numbers. This will include designing the account priority & pricing framework, SKU pricing, execution of marketing plans, delivering on the profitability agenda for the brand
  • Responsible in achieving targeted Volume and Gross Margin from defined segment in the assigned geography

 

 

Customer Service

  • Key Account Management
  • -Developing and Implementing Account wise Sales Plan
  • -Planning and achieving target account wise share
  • Identify potential new accounts and opportunities to develop existing accounts through Leading the negotiations of CDAs within company’s policies & budget, and monitor performance and compliance to take corrective action where appropriate.
  • Delivers Brand/Package presence guidelines / standards to market.

 

Internal Processes

  • Work closely with the Himalayan Sales leadership team to generate/pursue leads in the On-Premise Space.
  • Given that a significant portion of the brand comes from HORECA channel, particularly high-end hotels and restaurants, a critical task will be to ensure growth in this segment. This will involve top to top wiring and business development with key F&B heads.
  • Develop a wiring plan for all key accounts in the market.
  • Establish regular contact, himself & his team with senior management of designated accounts, and ensure appropriate contact
  • New account acquisition & development
     - Developing Area Coverage Plan
     - Planning & Deployment of Team
      -Developing Account acquisition strategy and prospect wise time bound acquisition plan

 

Innovation and Learning

  • Lead the inhouse sales team of CE/TSO in defined geography. Monitoring of the  performance of the team & Review and Feedback
