Job Description

 

 

What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

 

Financial Outcomes

  • Drive strong brand salience, reputation, and positive media visibility across portfolio brands
  • Deliver high-quality, consistent earned media outcomes aligned with marketing priorities
  • Enable end-to-end influencer and celebrity management, improving effectiveness and cost efficiency
  • Strengthen brand equity metrics through structured PR measurement and impact linkage
  • Ensure rapid and effective crisis mitigation, safeguarding brand trust and reputation

Customer Service

  • Partner with Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Leadership teams to deliver aligned narratives
  • Build and manage strong relationships with media, influencers, celebrities, and PR ecosystem partners
  • Support leadership visibility and thought leadership agendas
  • Ensure seamless alignment between brand communication and corporate reputation priorities
  • Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems across internal and external interfaces.     


Internal Processes

  • Lead integrated PR strategy and execution across brands, including campaigns, launches, and always-on storytelling
  • Oversee and drive performance of external agencies and partners
  • Establish robust crisis management frameworks, including emerging risks in the digital and social landscape
  • Drive PR measurement systems to track effectiveness and link to brand metrics
  • Ensure financial and operational governance across PR, influencer, and celebrity spends
  • Enable strong integration of PR with digital and corporate communication strategies

Innovation and Learning

  • Develop understanding of business, category dynamics, and evolving media landscape
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends such as digital-first narratives and reputation risks
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration, particularly with corporate communication teams

What are the Critical success factors (Key requirement) for the Role?

  • MBA in Communication/media, PR or related course with 8+ years of Brand PR experience
  • Attention to detail and execution excellence.
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Mandatory Language Requirements (spoken) : English (Expert)

Good experience within the consumer goods industry, marketing (brand/category/Innovation) domain knowledge and an understanding of its challenges and opportunities.
