What are the Key Deliverables in this role ?

Financial Outcomes

  • Support identification and prioritization of AI and analytics opportunities across integrated operations that drive cost, service, and efficiency improvements.
  • Track value realization by defining clear metrics and measurement frameworks for digital and AI initiatives.

Customer Service-> Collaboration and Stakeholder management

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational problem statements and translate them into analytics or AI use cases.
  • Support KPI definition, standardization, and governance to ensure consistent performance tracking across functions.
  • Communicate insights through dashboards, reports, and clear narratives that support faster decision‑making.

Internal Processes

  •  Work with data engineering and cross function and delivery teams to ensure availability, quality, and usability of data required for analytics and AI models.
  •  Contribute to requirement definition, UAT, and validation of analytics solutions and AI pilots.
  •  Ensure documentation of KPIs, business logic, and data assumptions.

Innovation and Learning

  • Stay updated on emerging analytics and AI trends relevant to supply chain and operations.
  • Support agile ways of working by participating in sprints, pilots, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong domain understanding of integrated operations processes over time

 

 

What are the Critical success factors for the Role ?

  • 2–6 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or digital transformation roles.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, and performance tracking in operations or supply chain contexts.
  • Hands‑on experience with analytics tools (BI tools, SQL, Excel; exposure to Python / advanced analytics is a plus).
  • Ability to translate business questions into analytical problem statements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; higher qualifications such as MBA or MTech will be an added advantage.
